JOB SUMMARY:

Create prototypes for product pre-development and guide users through design functionsOptimize existing user interface designs and test for intuitive designs and experiencePlan and create new and improved design/mockups for the back and front end systemsTake a user-centered design approach and deliver user journeys and mockups optimized for range of devices and interfacesParticipate in and occasionally lead service blueprinting workshops, user or stakeholder interviews, and creative brainstorms

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enhance the business understanding of the customer through personas and journeys, derived from quality researchevaluate design output and interpret customer experience measurementsFacilitate sessions in customer-centered design, customer journey mapping, and service blueprintingRecommend site presentation, site architecture, browsing between different sections, graphic design, conversion tunnel, content presentation and screen flow to ensure a good user experienceCreate interface style guides for new product launches and service enhancementsIdentify design problems and develop elegant solutions that meet customer and business goalsFacilitate rapid experimentation, testing, and iteration through user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypesCollaborate with business analysts, product managers, developers and design teams on research activities, strategy sessions, ideation, design, and testing of new product conceptsLeverage analytics tools to measure success, present opportunities, and support decision-making

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of experience in user experience design, building and maintaining style guides, graphic design or related field for B2C software/services, and/or tech.Portfolio demonstrating excellent use of color, typography, scale, layout, and other foundational design elements for websites and mobile applicationsProficient in prototyping tools such as Figma/SketchExperience building layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, web, etc.Highly organized and detail-oriented; strategic thinker with a pulse on design trends and mediums for visual communicationExcellent communicator with strong written communication skills as well as presentation skillsKnowledge of web and app accessibility standards; an advocate for accessibilityGraduate of Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, Graphic Design, or any related courseWith at least 3 years of UI/UX design experienceWork experience gathered from technical or related industryExcellent interpersonal skillsHas ownership/accountability, pro-active, and resourcefulCustomer-focused and good influencing skillsWilling to work in Bagumbayan, Quezon City
