We are looking for a new team member that is keen to own and influence their own clients while helping other team members grow. Paid social advertising – planning, implementation, optimisation and reporting for all paid social channels. Experience with Facebook ads and Facebook’s Ads Manager platform is required. is available for platforms other than Facebook (such as linkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok).The ideal candidate would have at least four on platform/tool experience. Experience with programmatic will be advantageous, but not essential. WHAT KEY RESPonSIBILITES DOES THIS ROLE HAVE?You will be across all aspects of Paid Social advertisingReport on campaigns once they concludeManage platform-related tasks; I.E. Create audiences for targeting, pixel set-up and management, databases for Website Custom AudiencesStrong team focus working closely with all agency teams and departments to contribute towards business objectivesKeep abreast of new media initiatives and developments and share this knowledge with the teamContribute to client recommendationStrong team focus working alongside team members and account teamsDevelop relationships and work closely with clients on campaigns to keep them informed of results and suggested optimisations WHAT KEY QUALIFICATIONS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Experience in managing multiple clients and campaigns concurrently within an agencyAt least three experience managing paid social advertisingOfficial Facebook Blueprint and The Trade Desk Edge Academy certification will be an advantageIntermediate proficiency on Facebook tools (like Ads Manager, Campaign Planner)Experience in Facebook Business Manager, linkedIn, Tiktok, SnapchatIntermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and strong data analysisExperience with Google Analytics is an advantage WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR FROM A NEW TEAM MEMBER?We will team you up with an account team to support you, and build relationships internally, with clients and publishersWe are after a team player that is excited to share their success stories with the rest of the Nunn Engage team, to inspire, collaborate and problem solveBecause you’ll likely have other team members reporting to you, we’d like someone who can actively help assist others grow and become better at their own jobConfident and engaging interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, able to guide and influence key stakeholdersStrong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesAmazing attention-to-detailsTell us the latest feature you read about or tested on Instagram or whatever trend got your interest on TikTok
