This role manages the programs and activities through online marketing, web presence, and social media to drive company presence while collaborating to expand e-Product portfolio and on-line payment gateways.Execute programs to grow presence and penetration of products and services in relevant, high traffic on-line marketplaces.Constantly report trends, capture new streams, present performance, and recommend income-generating eCommerce programs and counter initiatives to increase sales.Manage the strategy and creative communications for effective marketing in an electronic environment by knowing and truly understanding online sales goals balanced against the needs of the customer.Capture trends and e-customer insights from internal initiated research, commissioned, and external data.Manage day-to-day operations including monitoring traffic and looking for digital system glitches, ensures all on-line and front door properties are functioning, and whether the content shows brand consistency and alignment to corporate objectives and strategies. Ensures that on-line sales disruptions are solved with urgency.Ensure simple, clear, intuitive, easy to navigate CX and UI of all on-line sales processes in all points of contact.Collaborating with social media teams for the more cost-effective way to market and promote products and services.Ideal Candidate for the role:College graduateAt least 5 years relevant experience in Digital Marketing / eCommerce ManagementFlexible to working hybrid in Makati, working from home, working in Alabang
