The Associate Media Manager works with Digital lead to oversee digital media and creative strategy for assigned categories. This role will work closely monitor effectiveness and efficiencies in Digital Buying. Key responsibilities include:

nsumer trends and latest digital media landscape.Ensures delivery of right digital KPIs ba
sed on targets and creating benchmarks that will help improve effectiveness and efficiencies.Always ahead of what is new in the digital platform and assess how to do test and learn.
What are the responsibilities and measures?
1. Digital Strategy Development
Guides and gives direction to media agency on what digital principles help define the overall digital strategyShould be able to understand how digital strategy fit in the overall media strategy and plan
2. KPI Tracking
Defines all necessary measures to track and identify effectiveness and efficiencies of Digital metrics (Reach and MMR, CPM, Views, Completed View, VTR, Clicks, etc)Work closely with the media agency in tracking and reporting the KPIs to the Brand Marketing teams
3. Support other key elements of the Digital Agenda including but not limited to:
Co
nsumer funnel planning, specific to Awareness, Co
nsideration and Purchase IntentEfficient budget managementHelping build capabilities within the Marketing Team on Digital Planning and BuyingForecast or Outlook on a long-term Digital plan for URC thru innovation and external benchmarking
What are the qualifications?
College graduate with 2-3 years digital marketing experience in Co
nsumer Goods or a related industry, preferably with digital exposure on planning and buying Proficient or technical knowledge on Facebook Dashboard – set up and management of URC Business ManagerProficient or technical knowledge on Google Ads – set up and management of URC Google Ads MCCUnderstanding of principles of Collaborative Ads that will help drive traffic to Ecommerce platformsUnderstanding of Google Analytics for website analytics requirement in the future and other analytics tool necessary for digital planningAdept and highly exposed to a wide variety of digital platforms with the co
