Qualifications
1. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field required; M.B.A. preferred.
2. At least 3 - 5 years of proven experience in operations management role and eCommerce
3. Willing to work at Mandaluyong City
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Strategically plan and manage logistics and warehouse processing
2. Oversees the daily operations of dispatch and rider management.
3. Develop, implement, and review operations processes and procedures
4. Train and determines employee needs to ensure targets are met.
5. Consolidates month end key result report and update of operations department performance
6. Oversees and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
7. Implement and executes all operations plans and programs in line with company targets.
8. Works with sales and marketing team to help set and meet daily and quarterly goals.
9. Identifying potential problems and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue
10. Identifying opportunities to expand or shift course in order to take advantage of changes in the market.
11. Account Management and client relations
12. Be the key person to present to company stakeholders and make decisions on the direction of our products, its vision and its alignment on company values and goals.
