Coordinating all merchandisers concerns to the respective Sales Persons, Supervisor and to the Marketing team.Coordinating with the Store officers on matters regarding the assigned merchandisers. Properly disseminate info to respective Sales Persons, Supervisors and the Marketing team for other actions neededPreparing letters to account branches for the absence, late entry of merchandisers due to meeting / office day Announcing the new and resigned merchandisersMonitoring the attendance of merchandisers assigned in different storesChecking DTR of merchandisers- direct and agency hires - before submitting to HRMaking sure that on a regular basis, the various Brands are properly displayed, cleaned and merchandised in the storesGetting inventories of some accounts without merchandisersCollecting the weekly sales, inventory, competitors activity reports and other store updates of merchandisers, for collating and for submission to concerned peopleCollecting and summarizing monthly sales documents / report for the merchandisers incentivesAttending to other matters that will be requested of him to do
