Job Description:

New model development of plastic for automotive industry, and medical equipment product (design and development - trial - mass production)In charge of sales negotiation and management mainly for manufacturing of automotive parts and medical equipment.Ordering control and cost management.Purchasing from supplier.Communication and coordination between three (3) factories in Japan, Philippines and Thailand.Related work experience of 1 year is an advantage.

Educational Background:

College graduate, preferably science or engineering

Required qualification:

Must be able to communicate in English wellNative JapaneseThere is high possibility for overseas business trips, use of English language is necessary for email and telephone conversation.High probability of work and deployment abroad.

Working Schedule:

Compressed work week with scheduled Saturday Off7:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday7:30 am to 4:30 pm working SaturdayAt least 2 Saturdays off per month

Compensation package:

Basic Monthly Salary - Php 51,000 – 75,000 (negotiable)Accommodation Allowance - Php 55,000 – 65,000Position Allowance - Php 7,000 – 8,000Others: Performance Bonus of up to 2 months (based on evaluation)
