Job Description

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Develop sustainable and profitable growth by building strong sales organizationDevelops national sates team structures with a long-term and sustainable sales approachDevelop and implement creative customer-oriented sales approaches and concepts

JOB DEscriptION:

Leads organizational development

Sustainable and long-term development of a country leadership teamevaluation and development of leadership potentials together with local managersExternal recruiting and/or promotion of further sales line managers in coordination with HQLegal support regarding local labor lawTraining scheme and systematic follow up the training measures

Lead entire sales & marketing activities

Systematic development of national business unitClose presence in the field to understand customer needs and evaluate methods and adjust if necessaryDirect promotion of recruitment initiatives in the fieldSustainable, long-term development of local sales structures and sales areaImplementation and training of new campaigns and incentivesEnsuring a smooth cooperation and use of resources between the local and international HQ's marketing and the local sales forceRepresentation of the Philippine team at management meetings, special events and product launchesDelivering ideas for marketing measures like assortment & pricing policy, special sales promotion, hostess fits $ sample set policy

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree holder in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or equivalentAt least five (5) years of proven experience of same capacityWilling to work on-site, to travel and do field work

Functional Skills:

Operational sales experience and expertise in tactical sales planningExtensive expertise and experience in leadership and employee developmentPreferably operational experience in direct marketing organizations and direct sales models with "on-site expertise", ideally in B2C direct sales business modelsExperience in dealing with KPI-based sales management and the corresponding reporting systemsExperience in recruiting and training and in organizational/ structural developmentHandling of CRM tools and campaigns as well as digital administration and planning process

Strong and charismatic personality with leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindsetHands-on and results-driven and at the same time excellent in communicationHigh emotional intelligence, capable to inspire and motivate peopleAble to create a work environment and culture to inspire and motivate peopleDetermined to achieve the set-targetsFlexible yet assertiveWith knowledge or interest in nutrition matters/cooking an advantage
