To oversee and manage stores under supervision in terms of overall store operation management
JOB DEscriptION
Sales & Budget
· Spreadhead attainment of sales and profit targets for the stores under responsibility
· Conceptualize and implement focused merchandising and marketing programs and evaluate its effectiveness
· evaluate stores performance in relation to in-mall competition and competing retailers within reasonable proximity
· Conduct brand and line review, analyze store product mix and price point offerings in relation to customer profile and assess visual merchandising effectiveness
· Maintain Olympic Village store image, including but not limited to store front display and visual merchandising but also level of product knowledge and customer service extended by staff and through overall appearance and decorum of store staff
Inventory Management
· Assess efficiency of inventory management and recommend changes, if necessary
· Monitor PPOS system ands audit integrity of data
Personnel Management
· Manage store staff specially store supervisors and OICs, participate in staffing exercise for stores
· Conduct regular meetings with store staff to set direction, update on industry trends and practices, review store -specific situations and disseminate information to and from Olympic Village Head Office
Liaison and Coordination
· Work with various departments in Head Office and Vendors in order to get the needed support for the store under supervision
· Work with various mall departments in striking the best exposure for the stores under supervision, securing satellite trading locations during prime months at minimal cost, if at all
Audit
· Conduct unannounced operations and spot financial audits from time to time
Others
· Any other tasks that ay be assigned from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATION
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
· With 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
· Computer literate: Well versed with Powerpoint, Excel, Pivot Analysis
· Has good written and oral communication skills and can develop good business relations with vendors/suppliers and mall operators
· Consistently demonstrates good work ethics and values that can lead a team
· Has strong customer service skills
· With good interpersonal and communication skills
· With strong store management skills
· Willing to work on retail store hours
· Willing to work on weekends and holidays
