Prepares merchandise selections in scheduled buying process to secure approval of Management which includes items preparation, segregation & record-keeping (approved/disapproved items).Manages stocks actively to avoid stock-outs (track deliveries, weeks of supply per store, reorder and inter-branch transfers) and reduce aging (always have fresh merchandise).Facilitates sales and stock plans per store to ensure right assortment mix ba
sed on local customer preferences, store size and location.Completes the backend activities (issue P.O., create SKU #, encode discounts in Promosys, process SC entry/exit, facilitate lobby/mall/offsite selling, etc.).Gathers customer reactions to offer and check product quality through interactions with customers or selling department managers.
