The bookkeeper position creates financial transactions and creates financial reports from that information. The creation of financial transactions includes posting information to accounting journals or accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices. The bookkeeper also reconciles accounts to ensure their accuracy.Duties and Responsibilities:Maintains records of all financial transactionsPrepares and reviews checks and check vouchersReleases checks to suppliers and/or contractorsPrepares cash position reports, financial statement and bank reconciliationReviews documents needed for processing of payment to suppliers and contractorsCoordinates with the auditor (internal and external) in the periodic audit of the Condominium’s booksChecks/reviews billing statements before distributionHandles inventory of office suppliesEnsures the payments/remittance of mandated government dues such as EWT, RET VAT, etc.Qualifications:· Willing to be assigned at Sta. Cruz, Binondo, Manila· Willing to work 5 and half days a week· Graduate of BS Accountancy or BSBA Major in Financial Management· Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent· At least 1 year experienced in Accounting aspects for Residential Condominium most specially on Billing Process, Accounts Receivables, Disbursement Process, FS preparation, BIR requirements, etc.· Knowledgeable in TWINTOOL, MS Office and Excel.· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
