The purpose of the role is to ensure accurate and fast issuance of simple and complex motor accounts requested by sales division in compliance with the acceptable turnaround time. This position is primarily responsible for the issuance of all simple and complex motor accounts to make sure sales division meet their corresponding sales target.
JOB DEscriptION:
1. Reduce filing of overtime through consistently maximizing regular working hours to ensure less consumption of GAE.
2. Issue simple and complex motor accounts with speed and accuracy with an average transaction count of 30 through managing issuance requests based on the agreed turnaround time to ensure that 100% gross/net premium written of sales division is met on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
3. Complete issuance of sales request of simple and complex motor acounts processed at the end of the month through daily monitoring and processing to ensure high satisfaction of sales division.
4. Achieve high accuracy in policy issuance thru minimizing errors. Ensure to lessen and further zero out error rate on any issuance and data entries prepared. Should not exceed 5% error rate threshold.
5. Monitored simple and complex motor accounts via queue status monitoring report (qsmr) – queuing facility to ensure on time issuance
6. Updated in-process monitoring on a weekly basis to ensure all requested simple and complex motor accounts are issued at the end of every week.
7. Achieve target process rate in policy issuance at 96%.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Good set of communication skills

3. Knowledge in advance MS excel, MS word, and MS powerpoint (computer literate)
4. 1 year experience in issuing motor (or all lines of non-life insurance products)
5. At least college graduate with a degree in office administration or any related course
6. Keen eye for details.
