Principal Accountabilities
I. Visual Merchandising and Graphic Design – LANEIGE / Mise en scene
In charge of all visual merchandising and creative design requirements for LANEIGE such as new store openings, store renovations, mo
nthly / quarterly IMC visual refresh and updates, seaso
nal kiosks, trade shows, retailer events, store promotio
nal collaterals, locally developed packaging and the like, ensures brand and creative guidelines are strictly followedManages the development and production process flows; Maintains VM calendar, ensures timely delivery, installation and seamless execution of VM/creative materialsIn charge of maintaining in-store fixtures and mo
nitoring of existing VM materials including disposing of outdated materials, as neededWorks closely with brand general manager in budget and supplier / vendor management; Collects supplier quotations/bids with strict compliance on finance guidelinesPerforms store visits to ensure merchandising guidelines are followed, updated and adherent to brand guidelinesExpert in local market trends and mo
nitors competitor efforts in visual merchandisingProduces all related artworks, perspectives, 3D renditions and the like of all visual merchandising requirements

III. Visual Merchandising / Graphic Design – Mise en scene

nsultative inputs on visual merchandising and creative design requirements for Mise en scene, in close coordination with Mise en scene Marketing Executive

Key Experience and Skills
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Spatial Design, Interior Design, Retail Management, or a related field3 years of work experience in cosmetics / beauty industry, preferably handling premium and luxury brandsAdvanced knowledge in relevant software such as: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, AutoCAD / DWG TrueView, and MS Office (Excel, Power Point, and Word), etc.Demo
nstrated 3D visualization ability and working knowledge of color and design principlesKnowledgeable in industry trends on retail marketing and visual merchandising
