Job Summary:
Primarily responsible for the overall sales performance of the assigned branch/s. The position is responsible for agent recruitment and development, execution of sales and marketing strategies and plan at the branch level through effective leadership and execution skills. Is also responsible for supporting the dealers/key account relationship-building efforts of the assigned branch/s.

Booking
Leads, develops, guides, and nurtures Top Agents, Dealers/Agents in securing additio

Qualifications and Requirements:
Business / Marketing course graduate or equivalent3-5 years of selling experience.Experience in agent recruitment, management, and business development is an advantageWith motorcycle and a professio
nal driver’s licenseSelf-driven and entrepreneurial. Perso
nable with strong communication skills in both English and Filipino. Fluency in the language of the assigned area will be an advantage
