Senior Account Manager

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

·      Experience in the solar industry, on solar power projects is essential.

·      Reliable and responsible – must be on time/schedule, well presented and organized

·      Experience on various sizes of projects small and large – electrical background

·      Ability to oversee works for solar systems, battery systems and generators – troubleshooting, identifying potential problems, identifying solutions to resolve technical problems, maintenance activities

·      Experience in interacting with the end client to discuss their project, and answer any Q&A the client may have during after sales activities

·      Experience managing and coordinating a team of workers

·      Safety officer certificate highly desirable

·      Speaks English and Tagalog

·      Fluent in English writing

·      Has car driver license, ability to drive manual vehicle

·      Has own private vehicle or transport to report to work sites

·      Ability to travel outside of Metro Manila for extended periods for project works if ever needed

·      Ability to use computer software – Microsoft Office, online Meeting (Google, Zoom or Teams)

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER POSITION DEscriptION

GO GRIDLESS is in need of a capable and experienced Account Manager to complete the follow tasks and duties:

1.     Assistance with new sales and projects - conducting ocular inspections and meetings for new projects, then assisting and reviewing with engineering team, the design of energy systems for implementation:

1.1.  Single Line Diagrams

1.2.  Floor plan/equipment layouts

1.3.  Solar Panel Roof Plans

1.4.  Installation work method plan (in coordination with Operations Manager)

1.5.  Bill of materials (in coordination with Operations Manager)

2.     Assisting the General Manager with:

2.1.  Attending project technical meetings at the project site

2.2.  Identifying potential issues and suggesting solutions to resolve any issues on the completion stage or after sales stage of projects

2.3.  Reviewing and drafting Word, PowerPoint and Excel proposals/quotations using company templates together with the engineering team

3.     Being the focal person for after sales support and maintenance activities for existing clients. Coordinating with existing Operations Manager for manpower requirements and managing the maintenance/after-sales activities

4.     Coordinating Net Metering submissions and paperwork together with other internal staff and liaisons

5.     Conducting project installation completion inspections together with the Operations Manager, and answering questions regarding the project that the client may have

6.     Providing brief activity updates to the internal staff throughout a working day (usually via Microsoft Teams message), and creating end of day report with photos and summary for projects where manpower is on-site completing service tasks

7.     Technical assistance and troubleshooting for settings and configuration of solar systems and equipment, including liaising with operations team, suppliers and manufacturers to resolve technical problems at the project site

8.     It is highly desirable to provide assistance/overview to the manpower team where necessary with:

8.1.  Commissioning of inverters and troubleshooting

8.2.  Activation of monitoring software (Solis, SMA, Solax, Alpha ESS, Growatt, Sungrow, Victron and other brands)

8.3.  Programming of settings with the installed equipment

8.4.  Installing monitoring apps and providing basic instruction for the client

8.5.  Installation and troubleshooting of IT network infrastructure such as WiFi, LAN cables, switches and routers that interconnect the solar equipment(s)
