Job Description

JOB DEscriptION:

Territory Management: Execute the master coverage plan and log the transactions in Piepeline Mnaager, following the basic call procedure. Build piepline by finding new customers/trade and log them in Pipeline Manager.Performance Management: Tracks and monitors performance on a daily, weekly, monthly basis in reference to the Leader Standard Work. Develop self by complying with the activities prescribed in the DSR Capability Building Plan.Account Management: Sells, negotiates and book orders with the customers/trade. Implement prescribed marketing programs. Collects accounts receivable. Resolves customer issues in a timely manner.Responsibilities:Responsible and accountable for the achievement of the targets measured by the established KPI's for the assigned area.Responsible for building relationship with customers/trade outlets in the assigned area.Execute the daily, weekly and monthly coverage in compliance with the basic call procedure and Leader Standard Work (LSW).Regularly tracks and manages own performance and adjusts plan of actions to address gaps and deliver the plan in coordination with the DSM.Implement the prescribed sales and marketing programs to support penetration and volume delivery.Work to develop and improve own competency in accordance with the DSR Capability Building Plan.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Business Skills: knowledge and understanding of the distributor policies and processes. Understanding the area and the store type/sectors opportunities in the area. Product Knowledge and Applications in applicable channels/sectors. Selling and Negotiation. Merchandising and promotion. Customer Service. Performance management.Soft Skills: Good personal, communication and presentation skills. Computer literacy (work apps - Pipeline Manager). Capable of driving a motor vehicle.Edge/Advantage (But not required): Sales Experience.
