Business Skills: knowledge and understanding of the distributor policies and processes. Understanding the area and the store type/sectors opportunities in the area. Product Knowledge and Applications in applicable channels/sectors. Selling and Negotiation. Merchandising and promotion. Customer Service. Performance management.Soft Skills: Good personal, communication and presentation skills. Computer literacy (work apps - Pipeline Manager). Capable of driving a motor vehicle.Edge/Advantage (But not required): Sales Experience.
