JOB DEscriptION:            

        •    Product Manager / Brand Manager

            1. Store Set Up

            Creating new store account , from setting up username and password, courier options, payment options, submission of requirements, ff up of approval from Shopee team Etc

            Uploading items or SKUs either by batch upload or single upload then tagging under the correct category.

            Should be able to properly determine the right category of the item whether platform based category or store based category. To ensure proper tagging of traffic and to organize properly the store for the convenience of other departments of customers

            Should be partially be able to use store builder even just for organizing to organize and highlight store products, event, promotions etc. This will also assist the graphics team in prioritizing which items to layout first.

        •    2. Marketing Capabilities

            Continuous price check, market check for the most updated trends in pricing strategy. Pricing should be assessed properly in coordinance with the volume of sold of competitor.

            Should be able to forecast current and upcoming season's trend and demand to increase sales potential.

            Should be able to market either existing or new items, to boost sales using promotions and ad works

        •    3. Data and Analytics

            Should always be able to check the store performance, and business analytics for the most updated sales, qty and point of sales. Other key points or areas should also be checked if there are any suggested improvement in listing provided by the platform.

            Should be able to forecast current and upcoming season's trend and demand to increase sales potential.

        •    Skills

            Data Entry Skills

            Should be able to input the correct data onto the seller platform. Ex. Size, measurement. Price etc

            Excel Skills

            Should be knowledgeable in basic and advanced excel, formulas and vlookup.

            Communication Skills

            Should be able to communcate properly with the corresponding teams for ff up, priorities, or other related matters that needs to attend and for improvement purposes.
