Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and send invoices and statements to clientsProvide financial, clerical, and administrative support to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate collections from clientsEnsure proper recording and updating of transactions on the accounting system (Xero)Liase with finance departments of clients for collections and following-up of unpaid invoicesOffer support and advice to other members of the finance team

Minimum Qualifications:

A graduate of Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or equivalentPreferably with one year work experience in AR/AP, bookkeeping, or financeIntermediate knowledge of Excel functionsExperience in cloud-based accounting software like Xero is a plus
