Job Description
Responsibilities: Develop, service, and grow relationships with channel partners. This includes developing sales strategies, negotiating with partners and training and developing their sales team.Perform tasks to build successful and profitable relationships with company partners.Crafting and implementing channel sales strategies to meet monthly sales quotaContinuously Train Sales Team on the company's product portfolioManage Relationships With Channel PartnersDeveloping and maintaining partner and prospective partner relationships through the use of CRMNegotiating contracts and growth plans with current and prospective channel partnersMonitor Sales and Operational Results based on KPIsPresent products and solutions to various end-users that the partners are working on.Requirements:1. Excellent communicators in English/Visayan/Cebuano dialects2. Has well established sales/marketing networks in both Visayas/Mindanao region ideally from IT/Electronics Engineering clients3. Active listeners who take the time to comprehend what others say and then use the information they learn to build relationships. They have to be socially perceptive and aware of nonverbal cues to feel out how a negotiation is going, and be able to adjust accordingly.4. Can work independently, with less supervision, can thrive in remote/virtual work set upInnovative in their quest to help their channel partners effectively sell their product.5. Ability to use analytical skills to analyze Key Performance Indicators to determine the health / performance of the channel partner.6. Graduate of any business related course
