Key Responsibilities: In charge and responsible for the merchandising department 1.   Sales Analysis and Collection ReviewPrepares sales analysis and buying guides that becomes the guide for creative and communications team this includes:Sales analysis buying guidePurchase budgetAssortment planningSell thru reportsMerchandising reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) 2.   Monitoring Production IssuesOversees and is responsible to ensure development calendar is on track and solves issuesOn behalf of the President, coordinates directly with creative director, communications team, and supply chain office to ensure timely arrival of goods 3.   Merchandising OperationsIn charge of the review and direction of all merchandise on a pers SKU level (allocations, consolidations, initiatives)evaluates the effectiveness of all advertising, promotions, and other marketing activities 4.   People Management
