Tradewind helps Real Estate Agents sell more homes. We do this through the application of the company’s proprietary Selling System that starts at the top of the funnel, delivers qualified Leads to our Agent customers, and provides back-office support to cover the Lead and close a Transaction.
WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Sales Operations Representative to join our sales team. The Sales Operations
Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.
To be successful as a Sales Operations Representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.

Your qualifications:
At least 2 years of inbound and outbound sales experienceReal estate and/or Telco backgroundTrack record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per dayProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsExperience working with CRM and dialerExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
