The Inside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for dealing with clients, facilitate a complete sales process, producing leads and exploring opportunities for existing clients to introduce new products and services. Their objectives also is for customer relationships, revenue growth, lots of calls each day, collaborating with channel partners, qualifying potentials and close deals and performing the following tasks.
To succeed in this role, you need to have:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Electronics), Computer Engineering.No work experience required.Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.Fresh graduates with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.Goal oriented and can work under minimum supervision.Candidate must be willing to work in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City.
What will you do?
1. Advertise and sell TIM repair/maintenance services for desktop PCs , laptops, servers , storage and all related peripherals and accessories containing labor and spare parts.
2. Search for installed-based repair services and maintenance services and introduce fresh accounts through telemarketing and email promotions.
3. Collaborate with the internal team to implement programs and increase revenue generation and advertising strategies.
4. Supervise and deal with the repair service from the quotation step to the finalization of the service.
5. Organize a monthly funnel report for those quotes and orders that are active.
6. Accomplish the personal revenue goal and the gross profit target as provided by the management.
7. Provide adequate knowledge and awareness of the procedure and system flow of the backroom.
8. Prepare precise and timely reports to the management as needed.
9. Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
