Build, lead and effectively manage the Merchandising team by equipping
them with proper knowledge, skills and tools in order to organize, record,
forecast and manage all of the company’s products.
Under the guidance of the Merchandising Head (MH), he/she must also
develop, standardize, refine and implement processes and systems to
ensure best practice working, team productivity, morale and overall
effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Product Management & System Integration
Defines quality of product cataloging, record keeping, data gathering, system updating & Data team organization effortsWorks closely with MH and Data Team to set direction and recommend strategies for data completion, product range list management, barcodes & category management and developmentEnsures the proper cascade of merchandise information and changes to other departmentsReviews product information requests & requirements from other groups to better understand their needEnsures completion, expediting of new items introduction, management and mo

Price Management

Skills & Requirements:
• University degree in Business/ Merchandising/ Inventory/
Operations/Communications or related course
• Preferably 3 – 5 years (or more) of work experience in similar or
related roles for an FMCG or product-oriented company.
• Advanced proficiency in office software (ex. Excel, Powerpoint, Email)
• Basic to intermediate understanding of photo editing, the proces and software (optional but, preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and
