I. JOB SUMMARY
Manages and ensures smooth overall operations by conditioning, monitoring communicating, and maintaining good relationship with the key personnel in the departments of the company. The position is commissioned to develop strategies to maximize business performance and profitability through maintaining ideal levels of inventory and its carrying cost, exceeding customer satisfaction by meeting demographic needs, effective implementation of marketing programs, and effective control on expense within budget.
II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A. KEEP MONTH’S INVENTORY AT IDEAL LEVEL

nthly inventory position from Inventory analyst, reviews, analyzes it and recommends course of action ba
sed on the inventory status.Recommends allocation to the market of new and existing inventory located in the warehouse through delivery to stores and outlets.Recommends to Marketing Manager ordering of items with low stock level; process ordering from source; ensures order/shipment arrivalRecommends alo
ngside Marketing and Sales liquidation of slow moving and for phased out items through Special deals and offers and sales push. Follows through on the effectiveness of the offer by acquiring updat
es from Sales team.Recommends writing-off aging inventory and liquidating it through Ex-deal transactions, Employee Sale, and disposal until clearing of the inventory is achieved.
B. TIMELY AND ACCURATE DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Acquires Invoice and delivery request form from the sales team and facilitates actual delivery with the delivery team.Requires and discusses delivery report from the Sales Coordinator for review.Submits e
valuation and efficiency report during weekly coordination meetings to discuss and recommend improvements
C. EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF A&P ACTIVITIES
Acquires approved full year Marketing Calendar, Promo timelines, and Guidelines from Marketing for review.Discusses in coordination meeting with Marketing team action plan timelines on promo item production, preparation and approval of collateral, P.O. of collateral and dissemination of Memos.Ensures effective execution of A&P activities alo
ngside operations team by reservation and delivery of promo items and collaterals, implementation of merchandising collateralsRequires implementation status report from operations team and feedback from sales and marketing team, reviews and analyzes it to rate efficiency and recommend improvements on future A&P implementation.
D. COST EFFICIENCY ON INVENTORY AND CARRYING COST1.Finalizes order with Marketing Manager for President’s approval.

5.Recommends the most efficient way of importing for the approval of GM, President, and the Board.
6.Send shipping instruction to principal based on the approved importation mode.
7.Acquires original invoice, packing list, BL, Form E from Principal and Freight Agent
8.Ensures delivery of shipment and acquires receiving report from Inventory analyst.
9.Reviews and analyzes final landed cost with Inventory analyst and recommends improvements on future importation orders.
E. KEEPS ACTUAL EXPENSES WITHIN BUDGET
