Manages overall store operations (department store, supermarket, warehouse, facilities and mall Operations) of the assigned storeMonitors opening and closing of store and mallMonitors and ensures accomplishment of sales targets of the storeEnsures excellent customer service and attends to escalated customer complaints of the storeOversees and manages the lay-out and design of display in the department store, supermarket and mall, thus ensuring its effectiveness and performanceMonitors and ensures stock availability of items sold in the department store and supermarketPlans and creates sales improvement strategiesMonitors the roles and efficiencies of all back-end services to ensure a smooth store and mall operationsEnsure good teamwork across all departments of the storeJob Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.With at least 5 years supervisory/managerial experience in retailWith working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power PointExcellent customer orientationProactive and results drivenVery good leadership and coordinating skillsGood oral and written communicationWilling to be assigned in any of Gaisano Grand stores.
