The Customer Development Officer is respo
nsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, acquisition of new MD's, support technology issues and inquiries. The CDO will correspond with our customers through inbound/outbound calls transactions on their accounts such as payments, ordering, product availability and other related inquiries.

Job Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required1 – 2 years relevant work experience in BPO/Call CenterProven experience as telesales representative or other sales service role Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the pho
neGood knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM Software) and telephone systemsAbility to learn a
bout products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsExcellent knowledge of the English languageExcellent communication and interperso
nal skillsOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaintsAble to work with minimal supervisio
