Stratigically manage and promote MCI's sales culture within the respective chain of dealer stores nationwide with the aim of achieving or exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals;Execute various business activities that support the company's core values, achieve MCI's objectives, and promote Smeg's brand standards;SalesResponsible for driving good relationships with current and new dealear partnerss to achieve sales goals and improving lifetime loyalty to the brand;Monitors sales performance of the all dealers through sales reports submitted by it's partners and sees to it that sales targets for each store are achieved;Demonstrate sales leadership through one's active role on the sale floor in managing client relationships that drive up the sales;ServiceEnsure the customers of the dealer stores and store experience is consistently delivering memorable moments;Ensure that the products and customer service level meet the quality of standards of MCI, the dealer stores and our principal;Operational ExcellenceEnsures smooth, efficient and profitable operations of all current and future stores in dealer partners;Directs and controls store operations affecting sales and services in order to achieve its goals and objectives;Directs all store activities through frequent visits and review of products and items on the dealer stores in coordination with the Marketing team;Talentevaluates and approves manpower needs, such as promodizers and sales associates, of the stores, for regular and seasonal requirements as needed;Coordinate with our service providers to hire the right people for dealer stores;Orients store personnel on store and company-wide policies, procedures, and promotional plans to ensure consistency of implementation and smooth operations in stores;Continuously train, coach and provide feedback to promodisers and other sales associates deployed in our dealer stores;Sales and Dealer Stores Report creation and submission to the Head of Sales;Other related tasks that may be assigned as needed;

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field;At least five (5) years of working experience in retail store operations or dealer stores;Has experience in the appliance/luxury items industry or similar;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Excellent interpersonal skills;May be required to travel or visit stores;Amenable to work in Makati City;Urgent need! Can start as soon as possible;
