We are currently accepting applicants for the following post: Merchandising Supervisor Job Description:· Budget – monitor and set budget for the category handled· Purchase Budget – monitor and stick with merchandising budget on category handled· SSR and Inventory Management – monitor and manage across all stores, make sure inventory is within set SSR on a monthly basis, also EOL or aging items depletion· Ordering and Assortment – monitor and manage timely replenishments, correct forecasting of NPI’s and correct assortment/offerings in the stores that is saleable and in demand products within the category handled· Product Development – pioneer in looking for brands and other sources of growth for category handled· New Channel of Selling – find new channels of selling for the category handled· Supplier negotiations – for new product costs, shipping fee, exclusivity and marketing sell out support· Promotions – monitor and strategize with the team on how to move slow moving items, sustain ads and introduction of new products· Competitor profiling – new products, pricing and new locations of our competitors· Research and monitor industry trend, seasonality of products, consumer behavior to anticipate demand changes in buying patterns· Cultivate good working relationship with our store team, sales managers and suppliers· Plannogram – monitor delivery of products and display for new stores, correct display on all stores· And other duties that can help the team achieve its target or work deadlines Attributes:· Strong work ethics and professionalism.· Attention to details.· Flexible and Adaptable.· Positive and people-oriented.
