Overview
This key position is responsible for assisting and ensuring excellence of merchandising and trade programs on all sales channel. Person would be reporting to the Trade Operations Manager.

Drives execution excellence of set Trade Programs and Merchandising Guidelines from Head Office to Sales and/or TPA in respective trade channels.Sees to it that materials, manpower, and everything needed for execution is ready in proper channelsMo

ntrol measures are being followed in different BAU processesHelp create and manages gathering of information On-ground (competitive activity reports, Feedback on certain products/policies, etc)Help governs the policies & process of utilization of Trade Customer Development Funds (TDF)Help Ensures proper utilization and budgeting of TDFs.
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academicPrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, comparable to 5+ years, include 2+ years in telecommunications industry,Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power PointAdept exposure in Project management and simultaneous campaignsExposure to cross-functio
nal roles, handling TPAs, and Distributors
Preferred:
Work experience in Telco or FMCG companyAt least 2 years Sales Background experienceExperience in handling multiple campaigns/projects
