Defines sales growth strategy of each sub-category under the Fashion Category.Approach and o
nboard brands to the H2H Marketplace and develop their assortments, promotions, and marketing campaigns to support sales objectives.Business Planning - target setting, strategy planning, and performance tracking.Strategic partnership development and relatio
nship management for Fashion Category merchants.Analyzing big set data for current clients and potential merchants for H2H.Deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets which are ba
sed on Merchants brought in, SKU count, and total customer orders on the said category.Coach and mentor team members for the future growth of H2H.Preparation of reports to be presented to management and stakeholders. Work with the Legal Team to create co
ntracts and docu
ments for external and internal requirements. Example: DTI permits, and other government clearances.
