Appointment Setter

We are searching for a personable, through appointment setter to contact prospective clients via telephone and email. The appointment setter’s responsibilities include ascertaining whether potential clients might be interested in our products and services and then scheduling a time for our Sales Representatives to meet with each client. You should also keep a log of the numbers you have dialed each day.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company.Field incoming phone calls and convert 50% or more to appointments.Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments.Can generate own leads in a business-to-business environment (B2B) through personal and professional networking.Experience in tele sales particularly in merchant.With good to excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.Proficient in generating interest and handling client objections to convert into profitable business opportunities.Can prior experience in a quota driven self-sourcing sales environment with demonstrable success in the achievement of sales goalsWith background experience in creating scripts or qualifiers, openers and closer.Review merchant processing needs, recommend viable solutions, and drive portfolio growth through new merchant acquisitions.Knowledgeable of the process flow of Merchant salesExperience in selling either point of sale or merchant services solutions is a plusMust understand the e-commerce, fintech, or payment industry.Analyze clients’ business to give proper payment solutions.Develops new prospects and calls on existing clients to increase sales of the organization’s products and services.Cold-calling potential clients to inform them of the various financial products and services on offer with self-sourcing leads.Proficiency in all areas of the sales process

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

At least with 2-5 years working experiences on Sales Merchant or Sales Field.Has a knowledge with the POS system, EcommerceGraduate of any Business-related courseExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven experience working as a sales service representativeStrong numerical and analytical skills.With customer service exposureA pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and customersExperience and willingness, working in a team environmentProven experience as an appointment setter, sales representative, or similar will be advantageous.Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.Excellent phone etiquette.-
