Do store visit to assigned stores per day to do the following:
- Inventory management
- Conducts regular inventory both on selling area and warehouse on assigned outlets / stores
- Observes inventory levels; prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low o Check item display
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the products on shelves
- Monitors damages and bad orders
- Replenishment of display stocks as needed
- Oversee delivery of products at assigned stores
- Follows assigned schedule strictly as implemented
- Tracks sales expenses by consolidating, summarizing and creating expense reports for reimbursement/liquidation
- Update division head by submitting itinerary reports, approval forms and daily summaries and inventories within the week of coverage
- Update job knowledge by participating in team meetings
- Do reports as required by the division head
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
