Job Description

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree graduateMust have at least one (1) year sales experience in construction industryMust be efficient, effective, flexible and willing to work under pressure.Must have excellent communication (verbal and written), organization, presentation and negotiation skills.Must be willing to do field work.Can start ASAP5 Full-Time positions available.Preferably with motor or personal vehicle. 

Job Summary:

Building customer relationship and creating revenues by being responsible to help potential customers understand, compare, and contrast solutions that are available for buying.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customersMaintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel.Prepares engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call or visit on existing or potential sales clients and other trade factors.Submits orders by referring to price lists, product brochures and complete specifications.Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and future potential of clients or dealers.Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the need of a specific buying influence.Resolves customer concerns and complaints by properly coordinating with support groups but not limited to developing solutions; compiling reports; making recommendations to management.Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily WIG activities, weekly itinerary, and other sales activities.Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.Reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
