Position Summary
The Client Solutions Manager ensures that they are able to address and provide solutions to its identified prospective candidates to ensure business development. They are in charge of creating the documents necessary to deliver the request using available resources and the help provided by key personnel and updating databases/document repositories of previous works as points of reference whenever needed.

Develops a respo
nse plan on RFPs/RFIs/proactive bids from creation to final submission of original co
ntent through information sourcing from subject matter experts, docu
ment repositories, and department-specific tools.Creates special docu
ments with seaso
ned colleagues, such as case studies, pricing, and sales and site visit presentations, to provide compelling proposals that highlight and showcase the solutions that the company can offer best in comparison to its competitors.Complies with the branding guidelines and standards on writing styles, tones, structures, and visual features for the co
ntent being developed for usage.Proactively supports efforts to maintain a library of proposal-related docu
ments (such as final proposal versions, presentations, case studies, previous responses, and similar files) by means of co
ntent harvesting, management, and organization using relevant tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, and the like).Performs ad hoc tasks, such as miscellaneous writing and docu
mentation tasks, manages bid schedules and supports o
nline procurement activities such as Ariba or Workday/Scout RFP, and other tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related fields.Strong background and experience in respo
nding to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs in the BPO/call center operations, and/or digital customer experience industry are required.At least 3 years prior experience in business writing (i.e. journalism, sales, or marketing)Amenable to working on a hybrid setup on night shift schedules.
