JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communications strategies for the company. This individual will lead in managing the brand management and content distribution strategies, advertising, partnership development, and managing overall execution of the communications goals. The manager will also serve as the media relations expert and help to establish the company and its members as thought leaders to a broader audience. Through integrated public relations, this position will continue to increase the visibility of the organization's many programs, events, and initiatives to the larger community.

nline and offline) and reach appropriate target audiences, ba
sed upon specific performance goals.Other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Qualifications:
University degree in marketing, advertising, sales, or business administration, or equivalent.Master's Degree in Business, Journalism and Communication is an added advantage but not required.2- 3years of work experience in the sector including the handling of corporate communications, original writing and editing and some public relations.5 years of direct work experience in a marketing management capacity.Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and property brand management.Demo
nstrated proficiency in internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions.Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skills to meet deadlines. Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Ms Office.A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, co
nflict resolution, and people management skills.
