Marketing and Communications Manager
The Marketing and Communications Executive will work within a professional services environment reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of the leading industry body representing paper, print, packaging, publishing, mail and distribution sectors.
The Marketing and Communications Manager will deliver experience in general campaign administration and project management, media and communications content, preparation of papers for Board, research facilitation, digital marketing tactics, event management, content and report development, creative briefs and general support to the team and agency requirements.

This role will be responsible for supporting the general marketing and communication administrative operations required by organization through the following activities:
Preparation of campaign communication calendars and strategy execution for the Association and related campaigns.Manage the different programs, communication and executive engagement. Provide facilitation support of Women in Print events and activities, attend Patron meetings (online) and develop co
ntent and deliverables as required.Provide marketing and communication report updates for the Executive and Board reviews every month.Provide Real Media Awards member engagement and spo
nsor deliverables with the event management team in Melbourne, Australia.Provide EDM and Member communication writing, co
ntent development, production and execution every mo
nth or as required campaign monitor, sender or other platform experience preferred.Research, write and prepare various marketing, media and communication pieces in an ad-hoc manner as required.Engage, develop briefs and work across projects managed through agency relationships.Provide support to ad-hoc Member Services requirements.Social and digital media management across the Association and campaigns.
Successful candidates must have:
4-5 years experience in a marketing management role, including working virtually. Havin
g worked virtually with Australian or New Zealand company a benefit, however not mandatory.This role requires strong communication and media engagement skills, prior experience or education across journalism, public relations or communications will be highly prioritized.
