Job Overview
The Project Sales Consultant is responsible for building and maintaining an exceptional real estate experience – resulting in solid and consistent sales delivery and delighted clients. The Project Sales Consultant will report to the Cluster Sales Manager and will be directly responsible from nuturing of leads provided by the Affiliate Business Partners – which includes presenting and handling objections – to closing the sale.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell various projects through site or manning activities, advertisement, business presentations, and follow-up calls.Create, mo
nitor and maintain sales pages/accounts in different digital platforms.Answer o
nline queries, with possible day/night shifting.Report daily/weekly accomplishments.Be o
nline all throughout the shift schedule.Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.Assist client in aftersales requirements.Maintain positive relatio
nship with clientsMeet required sales quota and other deliverables.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:
Graduate of any 4-year courseMust have at least a smart phone, laptop, tablet or any equivalent, a stable internet accessGood interperso
nal and communication skills (written and oral)Knowledge and experience in Sales/Real Estate is a plus, but fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to applyFast learner, can work under pressure, and is goal-orientedCo
