Job Summary: 

Responsible for every aspect of the day to day supervision and discipline of the storei ncluding product inventory, implementation of company policy and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

Holder of Bachelors Degree in Management or any related fieldAt least 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in Sales/ Retail/General or equivalentAdept in knowledge and handling of short and long term customer relationsExperience in formulating and execution of Target Marketing plans.Good in both oral and written communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and good time management skillsHigh degree of Integrity and CommitmentPeople Management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others, delegate work and explain ideas.-
