Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage strategic new business development for all non-natio
nal ba
sed accounts. Liaise with the Arise Hotel teams and Natio
nal Sales Manager to pursue and secure opportunities to maximize revenue across key channels including Corporate, Groups and Travel Agencies.Account Management of the top accounts headquartered in Australia.Ensure all leads and potential business is followed up efficiently.Proactively selling all Arise products and services.Working with the Natio
nal Sales Manager in the management of any natio
nally managed accounts i.e. Travel Agencies.Working with the Natio
nal Sales Manager to achieve more business for the group.Practice yield management to ensure the best possible return for the hotel/group.Co
nduct presentations to consortia, call centres and bookers of accommodation.Negotiation of rates, terms and conditions.Work with the relevant department(s) to ensure simple clear systems are in place to successfully implement new co
ntracted business.Work with the operatio
nal departments to ensure clear systems are in place to achieve excellence in customer service and repeat business from managed accounts.Experience in RMS 9+ Cloud Hospitality Software and CRM Hubspot (desirable)Provide reporting as evidence of activitiesWork with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure the overall strategies of the hotels are achieved.Attend outside sales calls and virtual meetings in the pursuance of the above.Overall respo

Essential Skills/Experience
Bachelor degree in Hotel, Tourism or Hospitality equivalent qualification.Proactive approach to conversion, developing and maintaining strong relations with clients and stakeholders.Ability to keeps abreast of changes and assesses trends in market conditions, competitor feedback and co
