Facilitates the overall site acquisition process.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Negotiates the pre-conditions of site packages and contract terms to the site applicant.
2. Presents the site costing and performance guarantee to the approving body.
3. Maintains an extensive account management to applicants throughout the acquisition process.
4. Performs turn-over to Station Turnover and Rollout Team (STAR) subsequent to the lease agreement signing.
5. Ensures the complete collection of rental payments and all other requirements from the applicant in compliance with the prescribed schedules.
6. Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of leads reports, monitoring templates and overall leads assessment gathered through the different leads generating resources.
