Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVE:

Leads the development and implementation, monitoring and evaluation of strategic Marketing functions (activities and programs) specific to the growth of the brand. 

Brand Management

Ensures that brand is aligned with agreed international standards/tenetsEnsures that messaging and all executions are aligned to brand voice and personality.  

Marketing Management (development and execution of system-wide programs)

 Responsible for the marketing of all revenue centers – dine-in, take out and deliveryDevelops and implements an annual marketing plan which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting the organizational objectives.To manage budget and deliver of all marketing activities within the agreed budget. Coordinates and conceptualize the visuals and creative executions of existing and new projects.To Manage digital communications through digital agencies tapped.To manage all aspects of print production and distribution.Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, protect and develop suitable PR activities.Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities and executions.Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and result and give recommendations of future effective programs.Monitors competitor’s product and pricing.  Maintains liaison with external suppliers and ensures that all materials are delivered to the branches on time.Ensures all marketing programs are executed and implemented properly and as directed and planned.

Training & Developmental Activities 

Conducts training and rollouts for marketing programs
