Job Description:
1.Leads the development and execution of programs and promotions at a local store level.
2. Assist on project planning and executions. Tracks progression of various projects and takes necessary steps to keep activities on course.
3. Assist in the development and execution of Marketing Plan by providing local/area level perspective.
a. Collaborates with Product and Promotions Lead on amplifying national programs.
b. Collaborates with Operations and Finance on Promotions, ideations, feasibility check, and store needed.
c. Collaborates with Creatives Team for support needed creative materials development.
4. Closely works with Operations for better market understanding and to be able to provide relevant support; coordinates with the said department too for program development and store execution.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or any related fields; has experience in Marketing and/or Operations.
2.With Customer Service Excellence Knowledge.
3.Willing to do store rounds for better market understanding.
4.Good in details, interpersonal and communications skills.
5.Works with diligence and identifies opportunities to streamline or improve processes.
