Human Nature is on a mission to inspire more businesses to care for and serve the Philippines, the poor, and the environment – and this begins with bringing our advocacy and unique brand of marketing to established and influential trade partners who share our vision.We’re on the lookout for a driven individual who can run with our game-changing message and develop and lead execution for brand/category solutions and activities for Human Nature’s modern trade partners as Senior Trade Marketing Officer.You will be responsible for the deployment, execution and post-evaluation of all retail channel programs designed to increase presence and generate shopper offtake. You will be collaborating heavily with the marketing, the merchandising operations, and the key accounts teams.Your role will also include:Assess the financial viability of initiatives by correlating the investments with the projected sales and make recommendations based on the agreed financial thresholds.Ensure effective and timely activation of marketing plans by coordinating with all concerned departments.Monitoring of trade deployment to store.Prepare, review, and submit post-evaluation reports for all initiatives conducted in-store to assess if they are worth repeating or notTimely preparation and issuance of trade letters such as, but not limited to:a.       Price changesb.       Promo/ Merchandising initiatives c.       Additional assortment for introd.       Stock concernse.       Product concernsTimely preparation and release of new product intro letters and sales kits at least 6 weeks before targeted on-shelf availability.Executing all retail activation initiativesevaluating all retail activation initiatives while in-progress and post-implementation and reporting it at the Monthly Marketing-Retail Alignment MeetingsWorking with the KAMs and Merchandising Operations team to ensure excellence in execution of in-store activationQualifications:Graduate of any Marketing course.Must have at least 2 years experience in trade marketing or channel marketing, preferably in the FMCG sectorSolid experience in brand/shopper activation in-storeProven understanding of trade partner (buyer) and channel (modern key accounts) dynamicsConsumer-driven and shopper-focused i.e. ability to put on the consumer and/or shoppers cap and ask the right questions when evaluating promo and activation ideasResults-oriented i.e. prioritizes productivity over zero-output-activityProcess-driven; understands the value of doing things the right way and in a replicable mannerDemonstrated discipline in planning, execution, and evaluation through the use of project management tools & resourcesGenuine interest in innovation and creativity in activating the shopper and the trade differently from everyone elseDeeply understands and strongly believes in the company’s advocacy and valuesWilling to work onsite in our Quezon City office with integrated WFH set-up.
