JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Field Operations Specialist represents Nissan Philippines’ goals and objectives, and maintains positive relations with the dealerships in an assigned geographic area. The role drives dealer performance, and develops a healthy and profitable dealer network.
JOB FUNCTION:
Area Management
· Oversees the sales operations for an assigned geographic area
· Coordinates regional sales activities, including sales planning and forecast
· Create and/or cascades regional tactical programs
· Tracks and evaluates the performance of the region’s dealers in terms of sales, sales penetration, and Customer Satisfaction Index
Administrative Reporting
· Facilitates and compiles sales reports from dealers
· Provides analysis and reporting of sales and dealer profit related information
· Monitors and follows up monthly sales, and delivers planned volume
· Provides related sales reporting and analysis to the Sales Planning & Distribution Department, and Management
Ad hoc Responsibilities
· Joins cross-functional team activities, as needed
· Other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education and Certification
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or related studies
2. Experience
· At least 3 years experience in Sales Operations, Distribution or Marketing
· Previous sales or dealership experience an advantage
· Creating and generating reports utilizing various resources, including web-based applications and databases
3. Skills
· Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal relationship skills
· Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Driving skills, preferably both A/T and M/T
4. Physical requirements
· Amenable to frequent domestic & occasional overseas travel
