Job Description
Job Summary:As the Cards Marketing Head, your responsibilities are as follows:Responsible for the management and supervision of the- Cards Marketing Department comprised of the following Marketing Units : Product Management, Usage Marketing, Digital Marketing, Installment Facilities, and Services & Advertising.Drive the Department to help achieve business objectives on Billings, Utilization, and Card Acquisition.Launch Usage Programs intended to increase utilization and achieve Billing targets.Launch Loyalty and Retention Programs to increase usage and address attrition.Launch Card Acquisition Programs to help achieve New Card Accounts Target. Conceptualize, develop, and manage new products, features, and facilities will engage cardholders, strengthen affinity and loyalty to the brand, increase utilization and provide revenues.Manage Marketing revenue streams e.g. Annual Membership FeesPeriodically review Fees & Charges and competitive scans for opportunities for fee adjustments to provide revenues for the businessManage Digital Channels and Social/online Media  for Cards Marketing Create and manage relationships with Merchants, Vendors, Third party service providers in connection with programs and projectsSupports the Head of Card Business in the Divisions key initiatives and mandates.Participate in the formulation and implementation of sound strategic business development and marketing plans for Card Business in support of achieving the Consumer Banking Business goals in line with the Bank’s overall strategic plans.Job Qualifications:At least College Graduate. Preferably Marketing or Business related course.At least fifteen (15) years Credit Card business and/or Financial Institution with at least three (3) years substantial experience in MarketingExcellent marketing skills, negotiation skills, project managementHas good people managementWith extensive knowledge of basic functions of Cards MarketingStrong knowledge of relevant regulations
