1. Handles day-to-day activities of our LPG stores and ensure steady volume growth.
2. Sales visits to potential customers whether households or commercial in the area assigned.
3. Coordination with Customer Service and Delivery services to ensure on-time deliveries to customers.
4. Prepares sales reports and accountable for the target volume achievement in the area assignment.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. LPG Cylinder Store Management - accountable for the sales generation, inventory management, cash management and delivery services of the area assignment
2. Business Development - tasked to survey the area assigned and recommends to Marketing Dept., localized programs to achieve steady volume growth. Conducts area visits and actively pursue new LPG commercial clients aside from the household base.
3. Administrative Functions- Prepares daily performance reports for assigned area- Monitors competitors' prices and conducts market intelligence reports - Performs accounts receivable reconciliation- Ensures timely collection of receivables
4. Reports customer feedback and provides recommendation to enhance our initial LPG pilot set-up.
5. Assists metal Management in ensuring all our cylinder assets are accounted for and utilized efficiently.
6. Manage the database of our LPG stores and review buying patterns and cylinder rotation rates.
7. Recommends pricing strategies to propel volume growth while maintaining margin objectives of the area assigned.
8. Issue guidelines to our delivery riders of acceptable other brand cylinders for conversion to our LPG brand.
9. Reports non-compliant competitors in the area to prevent cross-filling or pirate filling
10. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Preferred Qualifications for the Role:
Graduate of any Business, Engineering/ Technical degree, and from reputable universities.With 2-3 years B2C selling experience preferably in petroleum, industrial or chemicals.Has to have 3 years minimum of total experience in sales.Aggressive and highly motivated.With drivers’ license; knows how to drive manual transmissio
nHas good networking capability derived from co
nstant area visits and previous clients.Experience in LPG sales an advantagePreferably with background in the Petroleum, Industrial, Chemicals, Shipping, Power and Energy, Transport, Manufacturing, or any similar industry.

A day in the life of an LPG Sales Officer/Senior Officer would involve:
1. Monitoring sales performance of our LPG stores.
2. Area visits to LPG stores and conduct inspection of our LPG assets
3. Proposed new programs to generate more volume in our LPG stores
4. Conducts area survey and review competitor activities
5. Actively promotes our LPG brand to our customers and potential clients.
Expectations from Candidates:
