Purpose of PositionTo use marketing expertise to help direct strategy and planning for integrated marketing campaigns to promote child sponsorship and Private Non Sponsorship campaigns. This will include creation and development of key visuals, advertising copy, and other marketing materials to support & contribute to the over-all annual fundraising target for locally supported APs.Key Objectives of the PositionLead, plan & evaluate integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring individual sponsors and partner institutions like corporations, churches and schoolsPlan and identify strategic locations, events and partnership opportunities for acquisition of leads and new sponsors.Produce compelling content aligned to integrated marketing campaigns which feels relevant and connected to the target audienceParticipate in Christ-centered commitment activities, creates opportunities for spiritual reflection to increase passion for ministry, and demonstrates Christ-like principles in work and lifestyle.Major ResponsibilitiesSpearhead the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns which are submitted to upper management and executivesStrategic content ideation, planning, development and execution anchored on industry trends and consumer insights. Execution of approved projects in a timely fashion for multiple deliverables for campaigns and programs with competing timelinesCoordinate the roll out of campaign with key channels and relationship managers in order to yield to acquisition of sponsors and donorsWork closely with Field Communications team to plan and develop multimedia story for integrated marketing campaigns: researches and develops ideas and budgets; write scripts; schedules interviews, hosts, and facilitiesPost-produces a multimedia story through external creative service partner: oversee video editing & share to teams; completes related paperwork such as clearances; labels and stores completed videos.Serve as main focal person in the conceptualization, development, and completion of monthly event sites for on-site brand activationMaintain and update database for partners for on-site brand activationIn partnership with Communications team & outsourced graphic designer, develop marketing/fundraising plans and identify appropriate messaging content and materials to promote World Vision to target audiences through offline and online channels.Responsible for collaborating with appropriate internal departments for donor and channel research.Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign offPerform other duties as assigned.Keep Christ central in our individual and corporate lives. Attend and participate in the leadership of devotions, weekly Chapel services, and regular prayer.Eduation:Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Management or any Social Science related courseExperience:At least 2 years of broad and substantial experience in events planning and coordination, sales, and marketing.Prior experience in meeting goals and metricsExpertise:Events planning and coordination, writing and packaging of proposals & scripts, excellent people skills as well as communication skills both in verbal and written English.
