Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/College Degree Graduate of any Business-related course – Business Studies, Sales or MarketingWith experience in FMCG Retail Sales/Modern Trade/CVS/ON-Prem Accounts, in food industry is a plus.Very systematic and organized.Good Team PlayerConfident, Detail Oriented with a great Work Ethics.Can Drive is a plus.Willing to do field work in NCR area

Key Responsibilities

Ensure high distribution and availability of all carried items in his route coverage. In charge of processing of accurate sales orders and transactions that the route requires, to adhere to the sales targets that the company has set.Ensures correct Selling Price of all carried SKUs in his accountsRegularly and consistently meets with the head office buyers and key personnel to ensure proper cascade and alignment of our company goals and strategiesEstablish good working relationships with key accounts’ decision-makers and anyone who has influence with respect to the handled categoriesConducts regular trade check visits in his route, and provide timely and accurate feedback on competitors as well as recommendations to further improve one’s routeEffectively conduct new product buying/presentation to buyers, as well as smooth trade execution of Below the line activities such as but not limited to sampling, price off, planogram execution, merchandising efforts and paid sampling etc.Monitor sales data, out of stock, pricing, stock levels, share of market, quality of displays (account merchandising standards) and analyze this information and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement to be able to implement strategies in maximizing sales and product visibility.Manage in store advertising, customized merchandising and promotional programs.Conduct regular store visits to assess overall business in the area and monitor competitive activities such as brand launching, advertising and promotion campaigns, price surveys and to inform management about such activities.Knowledgeable in Inventory management in assigned retail account.
