I. JOB SUMMARY:

The objective of this role is to manage the day-to-day role of the Marketing unit and lead the Customer Relation Campaigns. The Sr. Manager is responsible for the company’s marketing and communications strategies, as well as overall branding and image.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Relations

Main person responsible for customer Relations ManagmentAnalyze the current data base and run customer campaign for cross selling and/or upselling for various customer segements 

General Marketing

Development and implementation of company marketing strategyGuide the day to day activity of the Marketing teamManage and measure the cost of marketing campaignsMarket review (marketing trends and consumer trends)

Branding

Develop and implement brand strategy both on traditional means and online.Content creation on for branding strategy

Customer Engagement

Supervise the Customer Relation Manager in developing customer engagement strategy

SEO and Lead Generation

Knowledgeable and is responsible for analyzing, reviewing and implementing websites that are optimized to be picked up by search engines. Overall in charge on the lead generation activity of the company.

Social Media

Supervises the online manager in developing social media campaigns to generate impressions and engagement in all social media platforms

III. REQUIREMENTS

Filipino citizen and a resident of the PhilippinesSuccessfully completed a degree in MarketingRelevant work experience in the areaFluent in written and oral EnglishExpert in Excel or Linux equivalentAdvantages: HubSpot CRM, Insightly, Freshsales, Zoho CRM, Really Simple Systems, Sugar CRM, Zurmo CRM, Bitrix24, Streak, Capsule, SuiteCRM, Google ContactsKnowledgeable in regards to SEO and lead generation
