Job Description

Secretary for Project Development

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE JOB ADVERTISEMENT!!!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree (4 year course) in any field and must be able to start as soon as possible

Willing to work in Davao City

Must be willing to accept the minimum wage for Davao which is at PHP427/day

Required requirements: SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, TIN, NBI and Gcash (for payroll processing)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processes requests for Sales and Marketing expenses and prepares activity approval memos.

• Monitors the implementation of existing promos for sellers and buyers.

• Assists in organizing sales activities and prepares budget request and memo.

• Provides materials and other logistics support for various sales activities (i.e. documentation, computation, price list printing, etc.).

• Assists and monitors in regular updating of content and other information of all digital media campaign.

• Monitors all on-site marketing materials, its location, quantity and cost.

• Prepares Job Orders to Marketing – Creatives in creation and production of marketing collaterals.

• Prepares budget requests for purchasing and payments of marketing collaterals.

• Assists in coordinating with different departments involved to establish turn over schedule and turn over kits.

• Assists in completing of the punch list and acceptance of units.

• Assists in coordinating with other departments in maintenance of the project.

• Prepares documents in preparation for the formation of Home Owners Association or Condo Corp.
